Early Life: (Back-story) Khur was born on Corellia to Corellian Defense Force Captain Vailenn Masan, and Mandalorian Expatriate Vemon Marro. Raised on a foundation of familial love and honor, Khur decided to join the CorSec academy immediatly after secondary education as a way to honor his maternal heritage, his cool headed nature allowed him to excel in training, while his playful side curbed the excesses of ego that came with it, earning him friends and friendly rivalries among the other applicants including his more traditionally Corellian peers.
Post graduation from the academy, Khur was placed in the Special Operations division, where he often travelled outside the Corellian system on raids and other operations to curb the criminal presence on the Corellian system. One such operation placed Khur's unit in the middle of an underworld coup of the planet Drall, one of the five brothers in the Corellian system, in which after consideration of their options, Khur, as a novice pilot opted to play decoy in a Z-95 headhunter so that his unit could escape the planet and warn Corellia, his cool headed nature and the understanding that he was about to die for his fellows to survive, calmed his nerves, allowing for a manifestation of his latent Force ability, coupled with his budding skills as a pilot, unbeknownst to him, this allowed him to stay a step ahead of the underworld fighters long enough for the Corellian Defense Force to arrive and rout the attackers.
Back on Corellia after his ordeal, Khur went on to receive First Class Corellian Bloodstripes for his actions on Drall from the Corellian military, with both parents proudly present in the public ceremony the goverment had arranged as a show of pride in their armed forces ability to deter and eliminate the criminal element in their system. Due to his service, the Director of CorSec gave special authorization to don the armor of his Mandalorian heritage, allowing him to honor both parents, he fashioned the armor in the colors of the Corellian Security Force uniform, utilizing emerald and black to complement the natural sheen of the beskar'gam.
Privately, Khur told his parents the full details of his plight on drall, his father identifying it as an awakening of sorts, to his Force Sensitivity, with the ongoing galactic war outside Corellian borders, and public opinion of the Jedi on a freefall, the three decided to keep these abilities close to the chest, while embracing them as part of his expanding skillset as he carries on in the galaxy...
